How to Contact
Click on the black Support button located on every page of the Whiplash application.
When using the support button, select the issue that is relevant to your inquiry. This will direct your request to the correct team to assist you further.
Inquiries from the support button can go to:
- Support for Whiplash inquiries and assistance
- Operations for operational support
- Parcel for issues related to post-shipment concerns
- Billing for invoice or billing related requests
If your request doesn't relate to the above categories, select Other and a support member will assist you
If you are not in Whiplash, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be created for the customer support team.
