We wanted to share some additional, important information on the 2024 Parcel Carrier annual increases (GRIs).

We have been working diligently with our carriers to mitigate as much of the increases as possible, even to hold prices or, wherever possible, reduce them from the 2023 levels. We are happy to report we have been successful in these efforts.

• For UPS & DHLeCommerce: the rates that were implemented in December were below their reported general rate increase

• FedEx: with some last-minute negotiations, we were able to considerably reduce sizable increases imposed on January 1st. With shipments as of January 22nd, you will enjoy greatly reduced pricing for many services, with some pricing even below that of 2023

• Residential Surcharges: we’re seeing UPS and FedEx Residential Surcharges significantly reduced for 2024 from the 2023 prices

• Dimensional Factors: additionally, we have negotiated much improved dimensional factors with both UPS and FedEx. That will translate into lower dim weights and lower costs for our customers.
