Bulk Actions
- Bulk Actions now includes "Set Collect Shipping Terms" in the Orders section. See Bulk Actions for details. (February 2026)
FTZ
- Shipnotice and Shipnotice Item attributes now use the RyderShip API vs. metadata to send FTZ required information. See RyderShip FTZ & Customer Data Requirements for details. (February 2026)
Global-e
- A new step was added to the Global-e Integration Pre-Setup Questionnaire, asking whether the orders will be split with another provider. (February 2026)
- RyderShip admins now can change the shipping method on Global-e orders. See Global-e Integration Overview for more details. (February 2026)
GS1 & Wholesale
- GS1 Label Field Mapping & Setup has been updated to reflect a clarification for the Replenishment field. The FOB Description from the EDI 850 must be passed in this field. (February 2026)
- New guidance on what to do when a customer's prefix is longer than 7 digits was added to the GS1 Label Barcodes & SSCC article. (February 2026)

Orders
- 🆕 New Modern Creating Orders page has been released. (March 2026)
- When importing orders, be sure the order type is lowercase as this field is case-sensitive. See Order Types for more details. (February 2026)
Shopify
- Shopify Sandbox Install Instructions have been updated to reference Shopify's new Dev Dashboard, which is now required for any sandbox or staging app. (February 2026)
