What happens to merchandise that doesn't pass quality control?

Whiplash does not count defective goods into your normal inventory. You have 2 options to determine what happens from there:

Collect and Return

Units will be received into an item called "Defective Inventory". All units will be added to this single item and the weight and dimensions will be set to the average for your items. You can create an order for this item at any time to send the goods to yourself or a 3rd party. Normal storage charges and outbound order fees apply. This is the default behavior.

Immediate Destruction

Once a unit has been determined to be defective, it will be immediately destroyed. No additional charges apply.
