USPS and Asendia are currently unable to accept items destined for affected countries at any Post Office® or postal facility location, effective April 3, 2020 and until further notice. Any mail or parcels received by Asendia USA and destined for one of the countries listed below will be held at their facilities until the suspension is lifted.

Prevention options

If you'd like to prevent packages being held indefinitely, we would recommend disabling purchases for these destinations. Failing that, you can create a Routing Rule which Pauses or Cancels orders to these destinations.
