Our Big Cartel integration creates a real-time, 2-way sync of product and order details. What does this mean? Install our Big Cartel integration, sync your products, and when orders come through your Big Cartel store, we receive them automatically. Our warehouses then process the orders. Once they have shipped, Whiplash updates your Big Cartel store with shipment information and updates inventory.

No action should be required on the Big Cartel side. Just create a Whiplash account and install the integration!

 

My Products are coming in without SKUs!
It's a known issue that Big Cartel doesn't support SKUs. This will make using it alongside other commerce platforms in Whiplash more cumbersome. You'll need to manually update the Item SKUs to the correct ones before Whiplash can properly merge all of your items across commerce platforms.
