If a product is not in Whiplash:
- In Shopify, does the variant have Requires Shipping turned on?
- Is the Fulfillment Service for the item whitelisted on the customer's Shop preferences?
- Can the product be manually imported? Customer Preferences → Shops → Import Products→ IDs = Shopify Product ID
If still unresolved, Tech should additionally check:
- Does the originator already exist in the db, and was deactivated?
- Does the originator already exist, and is connected to another item?
