Shopify: Why aren't my Shopify products showing up in Whiplash?

If a product is not in Whiplash:
  1. In Shopify, does the variant have Requires Shipping turned on?
  2. Is the Fulfillment Service for the item whitelisted on the customer's Shop preferences?
  3. Can the product be manually imported? Customer Preferences → Shops → Import Products→ IDs = Shopify Product ID
If still unresolved, Tech should additionally check:
  1. Does the originator already exist in the db, and was deactivated?
  2. Does the originator already exist, and is connected to another item?
