Understanding Exports

Data exports are available via CSV download for many areas in RyderShip, including Inventory (Items), Orders, and Ship Notices. This article focuses on the exports for Inventory and Orders.

In this article:

Accessing exports

1.    Go to the specific RyderShip list page for the data you want to export. Example: Items list page or Orders list page.

2.    Create a filterset for the data you are exporting. See Search Filters for more information.

3.    Click Download CSV and the appropriate option (if applicable). The export downloads.

Inventory exports

  • Inventory
    Scoped by warehouse and listed by SKU. 
    Includes Available and On Shelf quantity, barcodes, dimensions, Whiplash ID, and other item details. 
     
  • Inventory Adjustments
    Scoped by a pair of dates and listed by Adjustment Time. 
    Includes SKU, Location, and Quantities Expected, Actual, and Adjusted
     
  • Inventory Movement
    Scoped by a pair of dates and listed by SKU. 
    Includes Quantities Received, Shipped, Returned, and Adjusted for each item over the date range.
     
  • Transaction Details
    Scoped by a pair of dates and listed by SKU. 
    Includes Transaction ID, Description, Quantity, Change, Order ID, Shipnotice ID, Rule ID
     
  • Transaction Summary
    Scoped by a pair of dates and listed by SKU. 
    Includes Total Change 
     
  • Inventory Movement
    Scoped by a pair of dates and listed by SKU. 
    Includes Quantities Received, Shipped, Returned, and Adjusted for each item over the date range.

Order export

  • Orders
    Listed by Order.
    Contains widespread of metadata including shipping address, shipping carrier, shipping service, items included, and lot information.
