Liability Insurance

Whiplash's liability insurance does not cover products owned by you. Our coverage is in place for the building itself and contents owned by Whiplash.

An easy way to compare how this works is as if you were a tenant in an apartment. The owner of the building (the landlord, or in this case, your fulfillment center) insures the building itself and the tenant obtains renters insurance (in this case, off-site storage insurance) on their items.

Your insurer will be able to provide you with estimates on the coverage needed. We are happy to assist in providing inventory levels and building information if needed.

Our Terms of Service contains other information that your insurer may need. You can locate your customer agreement in your Account Preferences.
