In this example, a product has the Fulfillment Service in Shopify settings set to "Manual".
In order to change the "Fulfilled by: X" box shown below to Manual Fulfillment when it shows the incorrect Fulfillment Service, you will need to log in to your Shopify store and update a setting in your Product Variants.
Update Settings in Your Shopify Store
1. Click on "Products" on the right-hand column.
2. Click "Active" to only show your Active products.
3. Click on a product.
4. Scroll to the "Variants" section. There, you can "Edit" each Product Variant.
5. Scroll down to the "Inventory" section. Choose "Shopify" from the "Inventory managed by" dropdown and click "Save" in the top right corner of the screen.
Once this is completed, you will be able to manually import your Items into Whiplash.
