Benefits of new Item Details
Streamlined user design with left-side navigation, new global header, and intuitive page names.
Tabs are now grouped by workflow for easier navigation with key information in the forefront.
Improved responsiveness, including page loading when there’s large amount of data on a page.
New global header: Includes the item image, scancode, key data, Save Changes button, and new copy icons, providing effortless navigation. When scrolling, the SKU, scancode and Save Changes remain visible to reduce unnecessary scrolling.
New initial landing page: Opens to Item Details instead of Orders.
Inventory Locations page: Includes new color-coded tags by location role for easier viewing.
History page: Includes color-coded item quantity changes to add visual clarity.
Renamed tabs (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control, Settings, Originators) to better understand each page.
Item Details information is now presented in a streamlined, consistent layout, making it easier for you to navigate. The layout consists of three main sections: Global Header, Navigation Bar, and Main Content.
The old Orders page has been replaced by two new pages, Inbound and Outbound, with Inbound clearly showing the units what is coming in via Ship Notice or Consumer Return.
Ship Notices and Consumer Returns with incoming units for the item are now grouped on their own tab page vs. being mixed together.
All Ship Notices and Consumer Returns are linked, so you can easily view them.
💡Process Orders checkbox moved to the Settings page.
The old Orders page has been replaced by two new pages, Inbound and Outbound, with Outbound clearly displaying high-level order and return/exchange information.
New tabs were added to group orders by status to quickly find answers to these common questions: o How many orders have shipped with this item? How many orders are going to be shipped with this item? o Which orders are not shippable with this item? o How many orders have been returned or are being returned for this item?
You can now easily see how many orders are in each status group and click to view the orders with this item in more detail. Previously, you had to hover to view this information.
💡Process Orders checkbox moved to the Settings page.
New color-coded tags have been added next to the item’s scancode(s), so you can easily see which scancodes are active / inactive and which one is the primary.
Scancode management now is much more intuitive because the allowable actions for each scancode are straightforward. Also, adding a new scancode is much simpler. Before, you had to hover to take any action.
New tabbed table groups originators by type – Shopify, API, Others – to better describe how the item was imported into RyderShip. This will help you quickly take action or find the information you need.
