General Status Guidelines

  • 50+  initial steps
  • 100+ are being sent to the warehouse
  • 200+ are being received by the warehouse
  • 300+ final steps

Statuses

Not Moving Moving
Initial steps In Transit Receiving Finalized

25 - Unexpected

50 - Draft

80 - Label Purchased

85* - Refund Expired - Refunded

86* - Refund Expired - Unrefundable

100 - In Transit

105 - Never Received

150 - Arrived

200 - Processing

250* - Problem

300 - Completed

*Status no longer used

Draft 50

- Consumer return is created AND label is not yet bought (happens in the same action)

- Ship notice is created without any items

Click Mark as in Transit
Label Purchased 80 Consumer return is created and label is bought Click Void Label on the RMA
In Transit 100

- Ship notice created via any ship notice creation flow (API, app through UI)

- Click Mark as In Transit in UI

- Use bulk action Mark as in Transit

Click Mark Arrived
Never Received 105

- Ship notice was created for a specific day but hasn't arrived at warehouse

- Ship notice is automatically set to this status after 30 days of eta

Note: These ship notices are automatically deleted after 1 week

Auto-deleted after 1 week
Arrived 150

- Ship notice arrives but not unpacked

- Click Mark Arrived in UI

- If ship notice is split, the newly created ship notice is at status 150

- Click Receive on a ship notice item

- Click Mark Not Arrived to go back to status 100

Processing 200

- Click Receive on a ship notice item

- Click Reopen in UI

- Use bulk action Reopen

- Finish receiving all ship notice items
- Click Finish and Notify in UI

- Use bulk action Finalize

Complete 300

- When a ship notice is completely done – goes through receiving flow for ALL items

- Click Finish and Notify in UI

- Use bulk action Finalize

- Click Reopen in UI

- Use bulk action Reopen
