Troubleshooting steps
Is RyderShip's Available Quantity level correct on the item’s Item Details page?
Available quantity is located in the header of Item Details.
Click the ## link to open a pop-up with additional details:
Is the item connected to the webstore and does the quantity match RyderShip's?
1. Click the Originators tab on Item Details. The customer's webstore should be listed under the Shopify tab if the item is connected.
2. To compare quantities, click and select Compare QTY to view the current Shopify quantity with the RyderShip quantity. If the numbers match, RyderShip is in sync and the problem is with the webstore.
See Item Details - Originators - Shopify for more details.
Are the item's Rules in alignment with Process Orders?
1. Click the Settings tab on Item Details. Scroll to the Rules section to view the existing rules.
2. Click the Rule ID link to open the rule detail and make adjustments as needed.
Are the Customer settings (General tab) set to send automatic inventory updates?
1. Click the drop-down under Customer, and then click Preferences.
2. Under the General tab, scroll to Inventory section. Your selection should be set to Always in the Automatically Sync Inventory levels field.
