We'll ship anywhere mail is delivered! Here are some considerations for international shipping.

Note: Transit times do not account for any possible delays in shipping due to weather or customs processing times on International orders. Please contact your carrier of choice directly for more information. 

Shipping Method Preferences

Whiplash attempts to use the selection made in your shopping cart to choose a "Shipping Method" for an order. When it can't match a chosen shipping method to an actual service, we default to shipping via Whiplash Cheapest Rate. To change your default, navigate to "Preferences", click on "Ship Methods" and map "Default" to a particular method.

Note: We cannot guarantee the availability of any ship method at the time of shipment or that your package is eligible for the method indicated.

Whiplash Cheapest Rate

Whiplash’s Cheapest Rate algorithms ensure the most cost-friendly shipping rate for your orders at the time the label is purchased. The cheapest option is usually an economy service. These services (especially outside of the US) are generally slower and have limited/no tracking visibility or delivery confirmation. Many Cheapest Rate users also block list economy services to get the best of both worlds. Block-listed shipping methods can still be selected manually. 

Note: Blacklist and Whitelist are no longer terms we use. Blacklist is now "Block List" and Whitelist is now "Allow List".

Pick Up Orders

"Whiplash Freight Pick Up" is for Wholesale orders. "Whiplash Pick Up" is for scheduled small parcel pickups by a customer.

Shipping Options

United States Domestic

UPS Surepost and FedEx Economy Ground are first-mile provider services and do not include insurance after handoff. We cannot assist with loss or damage on these ship methods under any circumstance, since they are not claimable. They also do not offer signature services. Transit time is 2–7 business days on average for both services. 

Asendia, First Class Mail, Media Mail, Parcel Mail, FedEx Ground Economy, UPS Surepost, and UPS Innovations cannot be changed or intercepted after an order has shipped.

DHL eCommerce is a last-mile USPS domestic service that shines in the sub-1lb class. DHL Requires approval and a separate rate sheet for every new facility.  Also requires test-label approval and TSA Clearance.  Setting up a new instance is typically a two-week process, at minimum.

US International

Asendia tracking should update within 5-7 business days of shipment, on average. Due to this being a first-mile provider service, days in transit are not guaranteed and the lack of initial tracking can be worrisome to some customers. Please keep this in mind when choosing this method. End tracking is not always available.

UPS Innovations does not have any tracking outside of the US. Tracking will stop at the international hub.

UK International

Royal Mail Zone Sort shipping methods do not have tracking or insurance, and have long transit times. These methods are not ideal for packages with high value or that require tracking, or a faster delivery time.
