An Order tells us what to ship and where to send it. There are a few pieces of information we need:

• Recipient's Name and Address
• The Item(s) ordered
• The Quantity of each Item(s) ordered

Search

The first thing you see when you navigate to Orders is the Search view. You can filter by Order Type, or a variety of other attributes. Read more about Search Filters here.

Status

Order statuses range from "Processing" to various post-delivery statuses. You can read more about Order statuses here.

Creating Orders

RyderShip makes creating orders flexible and easy. The majority of Orders are created automatically through an integration with your shop.
